New Lamp is Super Cloudy

New member, first time poster. Common problem I assume and looking for best solution. About two months ago we got a new 16.5oz lamp shipped to us and the liquid is cloudy. Tried the on/off timer trick for a while and nothing has changed. Any other suggestions folks can offer?! Thanks!
