Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

WOW! Why would this lamp sell for $133? Is purple a rare color? What is so special about this lamp?

That is indeed strange, purple isn't a terribly rare color combo. At any given time there are easily a half dozen up on the 'bay. This one looked to be in great shape, but even still, in today's market, you can get a Midnight purple/clear easily for under $40.00.

That doesn't make any sense. Purple is common. Very common. I'm not sure how or why that lamp got that high.

Maybe it's time to get on there and start selling spare purple lamps ;P

Apparently,.. there's one born every minute,,.

Who would pay that much?
