Silver Glitterball - Transfer from Astrobaby to Jet Bottle - Method suggestions

Hi folks,

I am transferring the contents of a silver glitterball from an Astrobaby bottle to Jet.

 

Please comment on suggested method please:

 

Stage 1 - Clean Jet Bottle

Clean with hot soapy water. Rinse and Repeat

Dry bottle

 

Stage 2 - Tranfer of Glitterball Liquid

Pour cold directly into Jet bottle - with a funnel

(leaving a small amount of liquid in the bottle - to cover surface of metal wax

holding jet at an angle to minimise bubbling

 

Stage 3 - Transfer of Metallic Wax

Warm glitterball liquid in lamp ready to receive liquid metal wax

Heat metal wax in another lamp in bottle until it is liquid

Carefully pour metal wax into warm liquid - jet bottle

 

What finer points have i missed out? ( i'm a little worried about stage 3)

Well, I guess it takes time to work.

Now with a 25w bulb the flow is not too bad.

The wax started to stick to the coil (not completely).
