Squiggle-white music box

I'm new to this so sorry if I don't do lava speak very well.  I have a squiggle-white music box with gold cap.  Problem is liquid is cloudy and wax is laying on bottom like rocks....is there somewhere I could send this to have new liquid and wax put in?....I'm not  very good with at home fixes.

Lol it was just turned off before it got a chance to fully heat up. :) Run it normally and it will be just fine. The cloudiness should go away with use.It doesn't look very cloudy anyways.
