Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

lost it by $1, but curious to know if this is a starship prototype made by LL.  the base and legs look like one from a 32oz starship, only smaller.

not a LL prototype, it's a china made knock off, I have a couple of them and a couple variations.

ok cool, well they look like pretty darn good knock-offs from the photos.

at least in the one I have the flow is crap, overheats super fast and the flow is mighty boring in the middle

that's what the seller was saying in the description for this auction.  i didn't win it so whatever.  are they worth $32 + shipping?

well, I paid $8 for mine, so I would say no, not in any means is it worth that much.

good!  glad i lost it then.

Much nicer than other Starship knock-offs I've seen. If it were mine, I'd refill it with clear/silver glitter and paint colors on the bottom of the globe.
