Sticky wax after filtering

Hi folks,
My clear/turquoise Astro bottle became cloudy. But it works perfect. I opened the bottle and put out the liquid. After that i filtered the liquid with my MSR Filter Pump. Immediately afterwards i put the liquid back and switched it on. But But now the wax sticks on the inside of the bottle. Why?
Do i filter out some important substances? Has onyone of you a idea?
