Strange Living Jewel bottle

Hi,

my quest to find enough Living Jewel bottle to make a Lunar is nearly finished.

Today I bought one bottle with a strange yellow rubber at the base of the T-cap.

The level in the bottle looks OK.

Do you know if Crestworth used to put this yellow rubber on some Living Jewel bottles, or somebody added it later?

This is unusual but I've a feeling it may have been added by a former owner of the bottle to save on evaporation.  Good luck in your quest for an awesome 'Living Lunar':)

If the post services don't break them I have two bottles in route right now, and I'm negociating a deal for another one, so yes I hope I'll be able to make my lunar bottle soon...

Got this bottle today.

Definitively not a factory sealed one.

There is some black stuff at the bottom.

Otherwise it acts like a normal living jewel.

Not sure I will use it for my lunar project, as I'm not sure it is the exact same liquid, and I don't want to screw up the other five bottles I'm using.

So I still need more bottles.

If you can help, let me know, I have to make this project soon because one of my bottle lose a little fumes, so I have to use it promptly.
