LLC Wax issue (advice needed badly)

Hey all, I already made this issue known on the discord, but wanted to post it in the forums as well in case others see it and could give me some useful info.

I purchased a kit and extra wax from LLC to make a 20oz and 32oz lamp.The first batch of wax was not behaving correctly. It would ALL shoot to the top of the globe and just stay there upon heat up. I tried and tried and tried some more, but each time I loaded the globe it was the same issue. I was able to get some replacement wax sent and just received it today. Unfortunately, the same problem is occurring with this batch of wax.

Ive been doing this for many years and the process is not that complicated. Apparently, there have been no major complaints as far as bad wax being shipped is concerned. I'm at a loss. If anyone has suggestions or advice or similar experiences with LLC, please let me know. Ive got customers who have already paid for their lamps who are waiting patiently.
