TLC in NORTH HOLLYWOOD? Anybody know about this company?

Does anybody know anything about this company?  When they existed?  What they made?

Believe it to be a 1980s Chinese import glitter lamp.............
Yes, it's an early 80s Taiwanese import lamp, solvent glitter. TLC of Hollywood was, I'm sure, the company marketing them here. I've seen them in black or steel-blue metallic bases. Base and cap have a diagonal cut.
i just paid 55 dollors for one, hope it arrives safe and sound. i have wanted a mini vintage glitter lamp for ages and this looked perfect. will add pics soon as i get it, looks like its in good condition just needs a good clean.

Nice buy. These have solvent-based liquid. I recommend no higher than a ten-watt bulb, fifteen at extreme high end.
