Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I saw this lamp on craigslist, Phoenix.

It looks like a boiler inside of a water-filled globe. I have never seen anything like it, thought I would share it.

This is a China-made "Geyser Lamp". There were three shapes in two sizes. The center is indeed a boiler, though cheaply made, and the outside has glitter, though it may or may not move much. If you like it, grab it, they're no longer sold - too many arrived broken in shipping.

Bohdan, how did you open/reseal it?
The one on CL is the football-like shape, Bohdan has the cone, and the third was an hourglass shape. These two shown are the large side with the metal base, and the smaller size had a black or blue plastic base.

Great work fixin' it, Bohdan. Any idea what the original glitter liquid is? Mine's glitter doesn't move much.
