Hi there,
I bought a US Telstar from someone on this forum some years ago, and unfortunately the bulb has been burned out for awhile because I haven't been able to figure out where to get a proper replacement. Is there anyone who might be able to point me in the right direction towards finding a replacement that will work with this lamp? I really appreciate any help, and I'm sorry in advance if there is some obvious answer to this that I'm oblivious to.
Edit: Figured out (through trial and error) that this lamp actually requires a E12 size base, not an E14. Ordering this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004OSH8P4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_t... and hoping it's close enough to work (even though its only 25W and the lamp seems to call for between 30-40W)
On another note, does anyone know if it is normal for this type of lamp to have this type of socket?

Check my website

If its converted to 120V, get something like this:

(I'm sold out but do a search, you might have to buy quantity)
Thanks very much for the link, and sorry for my late response! That's a shame its sold out, I would love to try it out and see if it works. I checked around and I didn't find another listed on your site that is 120V, which is what I think I need since the bulb that burned out said it was 120V :(
It's strange though, I bought an E14 base bulb through amazon recently and it was too large to screw into the socket. Any idea why? I thought that it would be the right size since I read SES is the same size as E14, and the sticker on the Telstar calls for an SES. I feel like maybe I'm too clueless to ever get this working again hah.

Because UK is E14 and the USA is E17 size sockets
Oh okay, thank you. There must be something simple I'm still missing here because the only bulb base I've found that fits this socket is "candelabra" size, which I thought was E12. The leaflet that came with my lamp also says it should take E17, like you said, but wouldn't that be even larger than an E14 base? I initially tried to fit an E14 base and found it was too large for the socket.
