Well, despite hating this color combo for awhile, I've decided I need to have one. ;) This was my first lava lamp when I was 16. For some reason, I put it out at a garage sale when I was in my early 20s, but it broke before it was ever sold (thanks Mr. Landlord).
So, I'd like to have one. I would like one with a gold base and it must be the yellow/red combo. I know there are several on eBay every now and again, but if I could buy one from someone here, even better. I can't seem to win one for nothin'.
If someone has one in good working order and in decent condition, please let me know. I'm going to try for one on eBay, but I'm not paying $200 for one! LOL
This is what I'm after:

See, that depends. Didn't they make the gold ones in the 90s, too? Depends on condition/age of the lamp. But, if I say I'll pay $100, then someone will say "sure, you can have mine for $100" when it's likely worth $70.
These seem to sell for $40 - $100, but the final selling price depends entirely on the day and is totally random.
So, if someone has one for sale, and shows me a pic, yeah, I can say I'd pay X for it, but I'm not just going to say I'd pay $75 for any lamp that meets the description. I can say this: not willing to pay $200.
Knowwhatimean? ;)

What are you willing to pay? That's what may stimulate offers.
Yep, I've seen that. I have several that I'm watching. I intend to bid on the Centuries.
I really want a Century though, not an Aristocrat.
