wave machine wall plug in piece missing ...

i've lost the wall outlet male piece so I can't plug my  wave machine. What I have left is the wierd 2 pronged attachment that plugs into the wall adapter. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Does anyone know where I can get the missing piece?

Can you post a picture of what you have left for those of us that don't have a wave, we may be able to come up with another idea.
