Don't know about the old chrome or brass ones, but the newer black Sunburst is the only model I've seen that contains a fan: it has a small motor in the top which drives the color wheel and spray, and an open-core type (like from a bathroom vent fan or range hood) in the bottom, which blows air out the bottom, pulling it in the top around the spray.

Again, any info from stickers on these is much appreciated; also, which rotate or change color? White one is unknown; chrome ball at right must be a Sunburst 3000.

It's a fantasia. the white-panted metal part sits in a clear lucite base. I haven't removed the protective sheets from the lucite base. It's the only one I've seen like it.
