Your very lucky Ian!!!  I'm just afraid due to the fact that there MAY be 10 quality lamps out of a run of um say a few 1,000......the odds of getting one that is subpar or has to be returned is greater then getting one that is just right unfortunately.  So....when you get a good new LL lamp it is def worth showing off!!!!!  Enjoy the flow!!!

That is a very interesting point! I always thought the more wax in it the better it flows, but I also have never had a goo kit before. This lamp is by far the best flowing China lamp I have ever seen (aside from the grandes). It has super stretchy flow, it connects to the top all the time (it also columns!!), the colors are vibrant, it doesn't get overheated, and I would just highly recommend this lamp. The flow is very random as well. It's almost perfectly comparable to a USA lamp with the flow. I'm on its 5th run, and it's just gotten better and better each run.

Well, maybe that is the issue with the poor quality china flow.  Maybe  it is an issue of a bit too much wax.  I know from doing my goo kits that when I think that I'm going to add more wax to achieve better flow that it's quite the opposite.  Maybe it just gets too heavy to float properly.  Creates a density to liquid issue.I don't really know, but that is some noteworthy.....hummm????

Thanks! I love it. It is crystal clear :) the wax level seems a little too low, I was just looking at it today after it was cool and its almost 1/2 inch below the rim of the base. In the other newer 32oz lamps I own, the wax level is almost level with the rim of the base. The flow on this lamp is perfect, regardless. Its very stretchy and random.

Interesting I have only seen a 20oz polka dot so far....I passed on it because the 20's are not of interest at all.

I thought so too! Spencers also has the volcano print colormax in a 32oz. I already bought mine from target in a 20oz, but that's alright. I didn't know spencers would get the new lamps in the 32oz size. That would be nice if they got the glitter in a 32oz..

I like the Polka Dot theme. I thought it was only a 20 oz version.
