I checked 3 Neon Purple's out last year when I went to rebuy one that I fried from running 24/7 and all 3 had those scuff marks on the globe.  The kid at Spencer's was trying to tell me they were from the Styrofoam packing.  I was like dude, Styrofoam doesn't leave scuff marks on the inside of a globe!!!

 

I hope by the time I get back there they still have orange/blacks.  They're a fast seller around Halloween.  that's why I wanna try to get up there this week.  I mean I can also goo kit it, but I hate to have to take apart a 32.oo lamp...

I think so, the globe has stuff all over the inside. I guess now I know about the haze you were mentioning.

I wish I could return it for you!!!

awe, lol!!!  You returning it?  I'm taking my orange/black back as soon as I can work it into my schedule.  It has to be b4 30 days though.  My spencer's is almost a 2 hour drive...uuugh!!!
