Comment by Marley's Ghost on July 4, 2013 at 1:59am: It's a miracle, Kirk.....no joke, and I had already tried several other bases with no change, and had glitters that ran fine on them. Still had to turn the bottle upside down. I immediately put it on that royal blue base and it took off like a shot. No difference in the bulb or the position of the socket. Maybe it wanted its own color to match!

Comment by Marley's Ghost on July 4, 2013 at 1:51am: Happy 4th Kirk!!! I think Critter did see a glitter he liked the other day, but I've forgotten which it was, might have been your Stardust. I found a lovely dark royal blue Wizzie base in my mailbox today, and put that Blue glitter on it. It runs without me turning it upside down now! Go figure!! I need to take a new pic. I doubt I'll be giving advice for quite some time. LOL

I love all of the tactics you used on trying to get the troubled glitter to flow, Libby. I expect you to be doling out advice real soon! I must admit that I'm a neophyte when it comes to glitter. I need to learn more. I have a Crestworth Nordic glitter that won't flow, and I grow weary of shaking it.

I think the Critter is fond of interesting, older pieces. I'd be willing to bet older glitters are on his "list"!
