Yes - that lamp is called a Jardiniere Glitterama. The bottle is a lunar vase, and it made by a Crestworth "splinter" company, created by ex-Crestworth employees that were quickly shut down!

Very,very nice display of those fine lamps, never seen the second to the right, but the bottle looks lunar-like in size
