Neon Lava Lamps Flowing - Green, Yellow, Purple

The purple is more vibrant IRL than in the picture. At this point, I would say that have fairly typical "China" flow. As a group they are neat to watch, but I can see where they'd be less spectacular on their own. They are clear, which I love though! I'll update once I've put some more runs on them

I too wonder about the wax. I've seen some of those 2010 lamps and the wax is just COOKED.

Got the yellow going -- man, I really like it. It's also great to learn that the flow will improve! I can tell - it WANTS to snake.

Comment by Erin on March 3, 2013 at 10:03pm: Compared to a 90s US-made lamp, you'll find this flow disappointing. These are new and made in China. The flow is better than a few years ago, but not snaky and cool like the lamps from the 90s and before.

I am better off looking for an old one? I am particular about flow. Oh how odd that sounds lol! I was in the nearest Spencer's last week and they did not have any of these beauties. Are they a new edition?
