when i turned off the light, it was very clear. i'm going to take windex to the outside of it tomorrow because it does have like a film on it, so that might help.

Yeah if you can read paper through it then your good. Even a little haze is fine.

otoh, might just be the grey cube walls coupled with the volume of liquid.. i can read a sheet of paper through it..

as it has been running now for almost 3 hours, i have seen a little of the white dust floating up in it, and it is a bit foggy. no where near the cloudy goop of the one it is replacing, but still. i'll see if it clears over the next couple days.
