Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Definitely going to talk to Susan first. Are they open on Monday even though it's Labor Day?

I would contact Susan, as they have the new globes....I think lamps plus has old stock

Yeah I will definitely get this replaced as it was handled terribly. Lamps plus also offers a free replacement and they take it back. Should I contact Susan instead? Would they let me keep the cloudy one? I cycled it once, for 10 hours and afterwards I could see a lot of white sediment dropping to the bottom so well see how it looks over the weekend but I'm gonna try to get it replaced..

i tried cycling my purple/yellow grande and it did not clear.  contact susan at LL and they should send you a new one free of charge.

Maybe run it, and see if it clears? Although...I would definitely try and get a replacement base and cap. I know that my Chinese lavas sometimes arrive cloudy, and so far all of them are clearing with cycling.
