Unfortunately I do not know the official name of those lamps i just know they are super cool and they were made in Italy during the 70's.

What are the lamps that tilt called?  Clearly Fantasia design.  I'm hooked on them.  BRILLIANT idea to allow viewers to see what happens when the fibers reflect off the base.
