Florence Arts glitter lamp - Cleaning (in process)

I acquired this lamp from Weebo (thanks Rob!) a week or so ago. The base was in pretty bad shape with a lot of...rust? Oxidation? Not sure. You could actually feel the little black spots. I initially tried Simichrome, and it polishes, but wasn't taking care of the black spots. Someone recommend super-fine sandpaper and that's what I used. It does sand off the little spots, but the black marks are still there. Huge improvement though! Now using Brasso to finish up this beauty!

I really would recommend Simichrome over Brasso.

Tried some of my leftover Simichrome and I'm going to say Simichrome > Brasso. It's looking even better!

Thanks Clay. I can't wait to take a pic of all three of them together. :) Hopefully today! :)
