I'm still giving it a chance too, Brad, but something is wrong with this lava.  When you take it off the base, and the wax is fully melted, it does not mold back into the bottom shape of the globe.   It mounds up.  Oddest thing I've seen.   I'll give it another run in a bit.

it may not have a sweet spot, but i'm trying to stay positive!  worst case scenario is that LL will send a new lamp.  it's still frustrating though after all of the hype and wait time for the lamps to be available for purchase.

I just took it off the base again, Brad.   I don't think this lamp has a "sweet spot."   I'm really disappointed with it.

mine is doing something very similar.  most of the wax moves to the top and sticks, then it grabs on to wax that was already at the top and brings some of it back down to the bottom.  both r/y and b/w centuries are doing this.

I'll check again, Erin, thanks.   I do have the email one, but no printer....blah.   There could be one in plastic on the side of one of the boxes and I missed it I was so excited.

Lib, you should have had a packing list on one of the boxes and an email invoice, too.

Kirk, there was no invoice in the box........I wonder how the heck you're supposed to send it back??   They sent three separate boxes, no invoices in any of them.    I think a Pink Grande is much more expensive than this one was.   LOL

I know, Carlos, sorry about that and I hope your lamp does much better than this one!!
