This thing is pretty cool Aladdin!  I had no idea something like this existed! You could create a silicone mold with the same circumference and make miniature ice sculptures to go around the candle!  When people ask how you did it, just tell them you are highly skilled with tiny chainsaws!  Make sure you have a tiny chainsaw in case they ask...
