Yeah, the first few runs when it was still opaque it looked like flowing strawberry jam. Yummy indeed.

I just noticed this morning the clear is clouding slightly. Still flows great though.

Ah, ok. That still seems way hotter than what i can or could ever do, but whatever works! I switched back to the 250w bulb when i swapped globes and its running great at the 25 minute mark. I haven't tried the 200w on this one; no need yet. This is how it SHOULD be! :-)

Sounds great, Ben.  I'm running my red/clear on 200w bulb at 100% with room temps between 70-75, and it will run this way for days.  It has never gotten stuck.  I can turn it down, and it runs just as well, but it's not necessary.

No dimmer? As in, running at 100%? Your house must be way colder than mine.

Disclaimer: this picture was when it was running hotter than what you can set it and forget it at. It has been running at the 25 minute clock position without getting stuck for 24 hours... Who hoo!!!
