Any hardware or automotive store. Just make sure that the TOP of the clamp is squeezing the bottom of the crimped lid. I had to tighten in a few placed to get an even seal.

thats all it takes to reseal the cap? Where can I get one of those?

(I have ZERO handyman skills....can barely make a bed)
