My first one I had my electrician friend do it for me.. I am so busy now a days.. I am dumping a box with like 5 re wires for her to do.. I want to try and keep the in line switch with new line.. they look cool and want to keep it also for the original aspect..
if its a 2 part base, i.e pedlestool and stem ( as one bit ) then the cylinder bit seperate there a pain to re-wire as the tool to undo the big nut on bottom of the bulb fitting has to slip right down the stem, most bases turn up with 3 seperate parts, base, stem , cylinder which are easier to get into
love it! I want one. So far the crestworths I've got were all pretty easy to switch out the electrical on. This one may be a little harder.
Nah.. got this almost a year back after I got the lava cosmos..I love these bases.. .. just been a lazy suck on my re wires. .
very nice! is this the one simon was selling?
This base still needs re wired along with a few others.. I have stuck it on my other cosmos base to be able to watch it till I get time.. shots not the best as I still have not mastered good glitter shots..how some of you get perfect ones is beyond me..
Nice lamp - have you got a photo of this beauty on? Simon ;o)
