Yep. And later Consorts used plastic squares with a faux wood-grain molded in instead of real walnut; yours here is the wooden kind. The plastic ones used the flared stem the Windsor and Regency/Royal have, as opposed to the older Consort straight stem and metal disk, though I think the Regency has a disk too.
Jonas - I used Orange Glo Clean and Polish. You may already know it, but the base of the Windsor is metal not wood.
