It is a specter Marcus!  I said last night, it's like the thing never existed! The YouTube videos I found depict a different brand named White Lightning. That one seems to have bolt control and intensity control or something (the guy doesn't know how to record sound to his videos apparently) so I am unsure of the knob use on his.

I must admit I've already done a search but cant find one! Its so unusual. Might have another look now I know who makes them

It does have the archway style sides and pillowy base doesn't it! I see it in a new light now, thanks Marcus! It is a pretty cool device, it actually makes noise as each bolt drops to the bottom, making it sound kind of menacing! it shares the same maker as the plasma on the right, Lee Home Products.

Looks kinda Art Deco- the case I mean. I think its the best plasma light I've ever seen!
