It got like this over the time of a month. It was mostly clear at first but it got worse from short run times.

I've seen this before, it's common with fluidiums or really rough shipping.

No, it got cloudy over time. Electric planet is ignoring my emails so I will have to contact Mathmos directly.

Where did it come from. Was it cloudy when you got it? I was thinking of getting one but if they come like this, I don't know.
