I like the ones which have an atomic industrial look about them circa 1950's and 60's. Of course I like the hippie era space age ones as well. I like the Big Ben atomic style desk clocks and most things by Metamec.

My friend started his own clock repair shop some years ago, but had to give it up. Not enough biz. Shame that people have all gone with the current trend of digital and what not. He didn't make enough to survive so gave up the biz. Now his hands are too shaky from age to be able to repair anyway, but he still has the knowledge in his head.

And you get Mathmos/Crestworth lamps on german ebay and flea markets for good prices, still hoping that i get a Lunar. I really wish i could get my hooves some Lava lites here
