Looks like the feet were bolted to the pallet or something. Is it mean to share something like this knowing it did not make it into mass production? That's one lamp I would kill for.
-edit-
BIG EDIT.
This is actually a colossus starship!

Who has this, and can Lava let a collector buy this up? I'd think that, even if it's not going into production, they might be willing to make some $ if a dedicated lava lover wanted to purchase this as-is.
To me this looks like a grande starship as to hold a colossus globe on a tripod formation the stand would have to be massive and very strong - I think that due to the practacalities of it then its a grande starship.
Even though I have to say that this is amazing - any possible of a picture with the globe on it - that way we can know for certain what size it is.
I do a lot of work that involves taking stuff off of pallets. To me the proportions look correct to be a colossus starship. The slats look to be 3" or 4" wide, with a gap of 2". The base seems to sit across 2 slats and barely touches a third which means it spans over 2 slats and 2 caps at least for a total of at least 10"-12". If the cap were sitting upright it too would be wider than a slat, which would put it close to 7".
I agree with James - I couldn't see this holding a Colossus globe. It looks to be made for a Grande globe.
Can someone put a Coke can next to that think so I can gauge size?!
