I know that if I ever get laid off/fired/fed up, the table that lamp is sitting on might have to take a seat in the back of the Jeep. It can't be seen but the legs end up reconnecting at the bottom to form a solid '+' style base leaving two circular cutouts in the middle. It was made to hold a grande/giant.

You two are on to something here. There is a costume shop in the area...   Maybe get some fake heads on stakes, carve some wooden signs that have various warnings burnt into them. Above every lava place a fake dome camera and each time a co-worker looks at me I just do this

Company policy should be addressed.  Anyone who handles or plays with or shakes a lamp will be dealt with EXTREME PREJUDICE!  Any persons caught shall be DRAWN AND QUARTERED!!!  Or at least reprimanded!

Ooohhh Vox, that company credit card would be a lot of fun on ebay!!!  lol!!!  I could see you going to work with a pick up full of lava.....ok boss, where ya want um???  What table??? Huh, yep, got it, the Swirl over here, ok, ok, what about the squiggle, oh no, ok, ok.........that would look better with that lighting in that room, haaaa!!!!

Owner: Do you have any more of these?

Me: Why yes, yes I do captain.

Owner: I feel that there are too many rooms for just this one lamp, they have pointless tables in them.

Me: Shall we give them a point?

Owner: Well played, I see what you did there.

Me: Shall I dig up the company credit card? You know, business expenses and all
