Base and cap are plastic. Glass bottle has red, yellow and green paint on bottom. I have three of these now, but one needs to be totally redone.

one day I am gonna get a clear glitter and paint colors on bottle bottom old skool style...

base/cap material plastic or metal?

Base and cap are forest green and not as black as they look in this photo. I have a photo filter applied. ;)
