I decided to at least attempt to recolor the fluid back to the original golden yellow. Three drops of McKormick food coloring and it looks like new!

Ive always liked this color combo! Very nice.
It is really bright yellow in person. One more drop of coloring might deepen the color a bit but it would be hard to remove if it is not right! So, I'll leave it as is. I can't believe three drops provided so much color!
Looks exactly like the proper yellow liquid. Color is spot-on!
That looks really nice!
Now I just need to find a replacement cap or find a way to repair the one I have.
