Thank you, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger...right? We have an empty Pacifica, again..and a small amount of junk that needs to be skimmed...again as it riled up in the transfer.

Jim - Torrey has been amazing with this whole process, informative and patient with my inquiries. This new issue presenting itself, with what seems to be a leaking end cap, may be tackled by myself but I may also look to a local plastics shop in town to see if they have a higher skilled hand in such a precise weld in comparison to my craftsmanship, haha. I would love to send the empty vessel on to Torrey for a repair but with the way my luck has been with this temperamental lil sh...., it would implode in transit.

Why does cast acrylic have to be so spendy!! I mean it is sexy but...IT'S A PLASTIC TUBE! I understand why though, doesn't mean I like it

I tell ya, if I start playing Powerball and hit the 100+ million you bet your ass I am ordering every possible color combo Torrey makes!

Nick - have you checked with Torrey to see if he can assist with this repair?  I'm not aware of the full scope of his services, but I do know that the dude knows his wave machines.

Well... victory may have been short lived. After work tonight I checked the tube to see if the plug was leaking and it remains damp, I think it is still leaking slightly. Bigger problem is that I think one of the end caps is leaking as well quite a discouraging checkup.

I don't get it folks, it managed to show no issues with the end caps through this whole process. I don't give up easy but not sure what happens at this point. I need someone in Colorado with a steady hand and skills with plastics. If I try to lay solvent cement in the hairline seams on these end caps I predict less than desired results.

Thank you ladies and gents!

It was a fun project to take on, thank you for cheering me on and being by my side to watch it unfold, you guys rock! The Yank Tank waves on!

Many welcomes out to John, happy to help shed light in your house with some style. This machine will travel with me, hopefully finding its place on a sweet mantle at some point!

At this stage in the game I just need the small amount of distilled water I added to become better friends with the blue. Torrey was very informative and helpful along each hiccup I encountered, new found respect for his work involved with figuring these machines out. It could also use a new teeter motor to quell a slight noise coming from the rocking motion and spring, but that is not too bothersome.

I have seen, tasted, kind of digested and TAMED THE BEAST!
