Cool.
Thanks Mel, but I got a real bad taste in my mouth for fluid changes!! I did 3 lamps and ended up ordering a goo kit and going that route. I played with the distilled water, dish liquid and Epsom salt. Tried, organic sea salt, SLES and still recloud, until I dumped, redumped, dumped again!!! So that was it!!! Oh they looked great at first as you can see in my vids, but alas, they ended up looking like something that came out of me when I had the flu!! lol!!! if ya know what I mean.. lol
Mel, how did you do the fluid change? What did you use, if you don't mind me asking. My changes started out nice, then clouded back up again. Oh and one didn't even start out nice, lol!!!
Still like my lava silky and glowing !
Glycerine ?
Its exactly as you see it in this pic, as it is in rea life :-) I did a fluid change on it (was cloudy when arrived) so I think the fluid change made a huge diffrence! I have to say, even thoguh it is very slow moving (Mathmos made it like this to represent Space) it is now my favourite lamp in the collection :-)
Looks nice Mel... not a fan off Glitterball/metallic lava... they're very flash/photogenic.!!!
Is it this good IRL :)
thanks carol!
Awesome!!!!!!!!
