Agreed, totally normal. I have had 3 Heritage Grandes show up like this. Actually, the stuff that looks silver is just pockets of air that are on top the wax puck, cool effect but it goes away once it runs.

All of my grandes arrived this way. As others have said, it goes away. One of my green bottles showed up with glitter in the liquid. Very strange.

My red heritage wizard had the same stuff on it, with some black flakes, but it was all dissolved into the wax by the second run.
