I had no idea they were rare back then, and at that time I knew of no other US collector with a French lamp.

Hey Jonas, How could you have traded it? you know how rare these are! I do know of the black version saw it in all the Florence lamp styles you posted. When I found this I freaked! and it is in great shape to boot!

I wondered if you'd get this! One of these was my first Florence, and I traded it to a French collector in 2001 for a French oval. Same finish, same color. I miss it. There's also a black version with a brass stand.
