Haze, it's been so long since I posted pics I've about forgotten how. If I can find my camera and charge it up, I'll be happy to post some . I've been using my phone and have no clue how to post a picture with it. It isn't set up for email, but I can send MMS and regular text messages. I don't know if that would work here.
My red Heritage Wizard I got when they first came out does the same thing with the cold lava dome thing. But the flow is just one or two slowly moving blobs, no stretchy flow at all. Boring.........
I got one of the black base, purple/yellow wizards at Ross a couple of months ago and it flows ok. When it cools though the wax forms a dome instead of flattening out. weird
Sorry, I meant Haze, duh.
I meant to add that it was my idea, but it was due to Kirk's glitter and support that I got it done. It's awesome! Vox, the Grande I bought just for the globe was cloudy. I'm glad to know you and Keith and most others got good ones during the LL sale, and also clear Centuries and Wizards at that store sale, although the flow on the Wizards is not good at least they're not fog machines.
I saw that Haze, looks good too!
Libby, ain't nothin a country girl can't do!!
I purposely bought a plain jane Grande on LL's Black Friday just for the globe to be "glittered." I knew I'd have no problem dumping the lava/liquid color combo I got. Now I have a "snowstorm" of little hex silver glitter in a Grande. Looks like an old original clear Wizard lamp, just a lot bigger lamp. AND, I did it myself!!! Don't go into shock, please. LOL
Of course, if money were no object, I would have bought at least 5 blue/white and combined them into a Grande globe.
I know the "stress" feeling well!! UGH
Nice, got a couple of flank Heritage ladies!
