Good thing they do.   I have one red that is low on fluid, but I have the longer Wizzie cap on it.  When it gets going, you can't even tell it's low.   Dang, I hope they're sealed good.   LOL

ROFLOL, Trev!!!   After a while, that dead air showing under the real silver streak cap in that other pic I posted was not bad at all.  You know the liquid expands after heating up a while, so I took that other pic too soon.
