Cap code ?

So I found this purple and yellow 52oz at Goodwill awhile ago. No base or cap was with it, just the globe. I was confused by the cap code, as it doesn't seem to match anything in the lava library and I don't have any other USA globes that have a cap code similar to it. Help?

It is on the neon 52oz china base, because when I found it at Goodwill it did not have a base or cap. It was just sitting there on the shelf all lonely.

Exactly! But the lamp is definitely for sure not china. There is no possible way, seeing how it flows and the wax appearance. I can post a pic of it flowing once it fully heats up.
