90% are in the glass.  The other 3 globes I got from this batch are all really nice, but this one definitely sticks out

Is that all micro bubbles in the glass or is some of it some wax residue within the bottle?  If its residue it will come lose all my Mathmos bottles that ever had some bits of wax cleared off.

OK, I just looked it my astro bottle. It's nowhere near as starry as this one. Eventually I'm going to order yellow/orange & blue/green astro bottles. This has me a little nervous. They should def have a limit on what qualifies as fillable and saleable on bottles. I'm sorry.

the base that the fins connect to on the lights.com lamps are different than the mathmos ones.  Other than that, it seems mostly the same.  Packaging is completely different though, and still sketchy

Now seeing a genuine from UK Telstar to compare. Do you think Lights.com is selling the genuine product? That is very nice! My yellow/blue astro is about like that. Vintage lava lites too. I don't mind them, as long as the light is projected properly like on an astro.
