- I like retro tech and new tech alike, Have decided to get into Lava Lamps more since I've had an older one for more than 20 years.
Just filling in some basic things for now.
- Where I Live:
- Daytona Beach, Florida US
- My First Lava Lamp was:
- Second Hand from a thrift store when I lived in Virginia. I have no information on the lamp as far as company who made it or mode, other than the manufacture date of Aug 21, 1996 still faintly visible on the base bottom. I do know it takes a 40w bulb, and either 16, or 17 inches. Black finish Astro shape, but the cap is more pointed like a rocket then current lamps today. Orange liquid with either light yellow or white wax. Could be discolored from age.

- aboutg 9 lamps for now.
- My Favorite Lava Lamp is:
- I would say my old Lamp, just because it's been with me through so much, and while it still works, is starting to show it's age. Can't really run it like I used to before the wax becomes a mess and breaks apart.
