This is a Fantasie Lampada, a Crestworth Cosmos copy made in Italy.I am curious if anyone else has got a simular lamp..The base does not have an extension to hold the bottle, it rests on the bulb.Continue

"There were four standard glitterlite colours, I believe - rose red, autumn leaves (amber), emerald green and sapphire blue. And there was clear, too, which is surprisingly rare Then in those days you could order custom colours, I don't know if…"

Mathmos new Telstar/Baby Astro bottle

Anyone noticed Mathmos new spare bottles now have a small rim at the bottom for a better fit.
This is a smart choice... no more tilting...
