1025 11.5" Candle Lamp Not Flowing

Hi all. I just got this lamp, and it took 3hrs to melt and attempt to flow. However... it doesn't flow at all just sits like a lump. The globe is hot to touch after 3 secs it burns you. Is this a case of new lamp syndrome or is it over heating? I understand the goop when its hot it goes up, then as it cools it drops. But this is simply doing nothing, and its been 5hrs. Thank you.See More
