US Telstar Replacement Bulb Help

Hi there, I bought a US Telstar from someone on this forum some years ago, and unfortunately the bulb has been burned out for awhile because I haven't been able to figure out where to get a proper replacement. Is there anyone who might be able to point me in the right direction towards finding a replacement that will work with this lamp?
