Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Here is the flow, after it fixed itself. This is the 2nd time I have run it since it stopped disconnecting from the coil. Beautiful, stretchy oozy flow. It only has one coil. I have never seen it flow like this since I got it back in December.

Thanks, I was very happy about it! I think what happened, is that when I left it on for four days straight it started sticking to the very bottom, all under the coil and in the middle of the coil to the glass, so it created all kinds of surface tension to keep the lava connected, and it blocked off the gaps where the liquid bubbles were coming in so now, on the 5th run since I did that, it has not disconnected from the coil, and has not gotten stuck in "pea shooter mode". Nothing but beautiful flow as seen in the video. The sticking is not bad at all, and is not visible unless the globe is picked up completely off the base. I'm not complaining about it, I'll take a little sticking for amazing flow anyday. I've let it run about 2 more times since I took this video, an it's still flowing just like the video. :)

I'm pretty sure that it sticking to the bottom did essentially what the second coil would do, except I didn't have to open it and add a second coil lol.

I have to find these models with the studded lights in the base :)
