Shipping Instructions

Any one have any good "shipping instructions" already printed / typed up that they can copied and pasted on here. I want to kinda have something as a standred to send to people when I buy a lamp I that will need shipped. Also feel free to post good tips that you may have leared in the past.

Here is what you need to send shippers for instructions - in big bold HUGE letters -

USE COMMON SENSE!

I don't have a good list on me. Hopefully someone will post one. Then again, I have asked and given instructions to shippers before, they still disregard them.

Weebs used to have one... the shipping label is in my photos....
